We understand that sometimes just providing a good quaity service at a great price isn’t enough. Some clients are required to prove that the partners they work with understand how to work safely and responsibly. This is why SA K9 & Security subscribe to several accreditations to give our clients peace of mind. Not only do we pay our membership fees on time but we are also audited regularly to ensure our methods and up to date. Click on the images below to be taken to the relevant websites.
SafeContractor is a health & safety award designed to give peace of mind to both existing and potential clients. You can rest assured that we have undergone a strict health & safety audit process and our systems and methods have been found to satisfy the industry standard of SafeContractor.
CHAS or the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme is another form of health & safety testing similar to that of SafeContractor. This is a further seal of approval on our safe systems of work helping to assure our clients that our staff are managed safely while on site.
NASDU is the security dog industry’s association. By joining as an associate member SA K9 is making a promise to uphold good standards of animal welfare, training and handling at all times. Our dog handlers are expected to work within the NASDU good practice guides.
ContractorPlus is a Health & Safety award given to companies who can prove that they work safely and have good quality H&S systems in place. We have met and exceeded these minimum requirements and are proud to say that we hold multiple seals of approval on our H&S systems.
BIPDT or British Institue of Professional Dog Trainers is another security dog industry association. Our security dog teams hold or are working towards BIDPT or NASDU certificates at all times. We strive to abide by and exceed the minimum standards set by each association to ensure that our dogs are treated well at all times. After all they work as hard as we do!
The British Safety Council is a leading authority on UK based health & safety advice, training and information. We subscribe to them as we believe that having additional sources of advice and materials is extremely important when working with our staff to ensure they are always working safely.
